Increase Your Energy With Yoga & Diet

Come and learn how yoga and diet can really increase your energy. The workshop will include a gentle yoga session, an energising breathing and meditation practice and a talk on foods that really boost your energy. Suitable for anyone with fatigue or stress including those with health challenges such as ME.
Charlotte Watts is the nutritionist for GMTV’s Beach Body Boot Camp 2010 and BBC3’s Freaky Eaters and often appears as a health adviser in the press including Red Magazine. She is the author of 100 Recipes for Happy Kids and the upcoming title 100 Foods to Stay Young.
Fiona Agombar is the author of Beat Fatigue with Yoga and Endless Energy and teaches yoga retreats and workshops for those with long-term fatigue problems. She is a regular contributor to Yoga and Health magazine.
All money from this workshop will be donated to The Special Yoga Centre to help the amazing yoga therapy work they do with children who have special needs.
